Illawarra Cutters
Entering the NSW Rugby League VB Cup competition in 2012, the Illawarra Cutters were formed via a partnership between the Illawarra Rugby League, Illawarra Steelers and Dragons.
The formation of the Illawarra Cutters which will serve as the Dragons "feeder club", will ensure the St George Illawarra Dragons can provide high quality playing opportunities for their extended squad.
The Cutters play their home games at WIN Stadium comprising of players from the Dragons NRL squad, Dragons Toyota Cup squad and players from the Illawarra Coal Rugby League competition.
The team is coached by former Australian, NSW and Dragons centre Paul McGregor. McGregor is assisted by former Dragons hooker Shane Millard.
