Steelers plated menu is served alternate serve and 2 courses start from $46.20 per person

‣ Seared yellow fin tuna salad, green tea noodles, roquette leaves, ponzu dressing & tempura crunch 
‣ Seared beef carpaccio, with white truffle & miso mayonnaise, shaved parmesan & caper berries 
‣ Macadamia crusted goats’ cheese, with baby spinach leaves, chilli capsicum jelly & prosciutto 
‣ Roasted beetroot salad, roquette, goats cheese curd, sweet potato straws, balsamic reduction & caramelised walnuts 
‣ Griddle seared salmon with salad niçoise, baby beans, olives, cherry tomatoes & red onion 
‣ Portobello & Porcini mushroom risotto with pecorino cheese & white truffle oil 
‣ Panko crumbed scallops, Somen noodles, picked orange, red radish & Copperwell dressing 
‣ Smoked cured lamb loin, roast Capsicum glaze, Mediterranean vegetable salad & basil oil 
‣ Crispy skinned salmon, confit of vine tomatoes, steamed asparagus & hollandaise sauce 
‣ Grilled snapper fillet, citrus pine nut crumble, Lyonnaise potato, asparagus, roasted tomato puree
