​Under 18’s Friendly event Policy

Under 18 years of age - either prior to, or on the date of the function, the Client is to identify any patrons under the age of 18. Conditions of entry as per OLGR regulations in respect to Licensed Venues are.

• Patron always requires guardian supervision

• Patron is not allowed to consume alcohol

• Patron is not allowed in the vicinity of the bar

• Patron is not allowed inside the perimeter of the gaming area If patron is observed not abiding, the patron and guardian will be instructed to leave.

 

Steelers adheres to strict Responsible Service of Alcohol conditions. Steelers adheres to current Covid-19 restrictions.

Additional conditions may be placed on under age patrons pending event status or promotor demands.

Online Ticket Sales Policy

 

1. The ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at time of admission.

2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.

3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.

4. Refunds are available only at the discretion of the event organiser.

5. Steelers will often engage a third party to hold events – in these cases, The Promotor is responsible for event content. Should there be dispute regarding the content, it needs to be addressed with the third party not Steelers.

6. Evidence of pre loading alcohol or illicit drugs will prevent entry regardless of possession of a ticket.
